Refund policy

All sales are final. We won't accept returns or cancellation for artworks. 

If there is a problem with your order, you can contact us at orders@gallery1064.com. We will evaluate your case and contact you back with further instructions.

Some exception for returns or refunds include:

Damaged Products:

If you receive an item with broken, torn, or missing parts, please email us at orders@gallery1064.com with images of the damaged / wrong item. We will arrange for the return of the item. You will need to save the original package and your receipt.  Once that item has been returned we will either ship a replacement (if available) or issue a refund. We will refund you on the return shipping.

Damaged Frames:

If a frame is damaged or broken, contact us within 10 business days with images of the broken frame and we will reimburse you for reframing costs. Please contact us at orders@gallery1064.com

If you receive the wrong order:

Simply notify us and return the item. We will exchange it for you and refund you on the return shipping. Please contact us at orders@gallery1064.com

Gift cards. coupon codes and sale items:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If you forget to use a coupon code during checkout, we can refund the difference if you contact us within 24 hours.
