Shipping policy
All domestic orders to residences and businesses will be sent via USPS Priority Mail. All domestic orders to PO Box and military addresses will be sent via USPS Priority Mail. International orders will be sent via USPS Priority Mail International. We reserve the right to delay or hold orders with inappropriate shipping selections (i.e., "domestic vs. international").
Address Correction:
Please send all address corrections to orders@gallery1064.com with the phrase "address correction" in the subject line.
Returned Packages:
If your package is returned to us for insufficient or incorrect address (eg: missing apartment number), or for any other reason that is not due to Gallery 1064's fault, you will be charged additional shipping fees to have it re-shipped to you.
Shipping Policy / Rates:
If you want your package shipped to countries outside the US, simply select either the international option when you are ready to checkout. We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country, air and ground transportation strikes or delays, or any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States. We recommend tracking the package with your local carrier once USPS shows the package delivered/transferred to the destination country. Once the packages are in transit no changes can be made. Unclaimed packages returned to our gallery/shop will not qualify for a shipping refund. Packages may be resent at the recipients expense.
Shipping Times:
If the work is from a recent exhibit, it usually takes 5-10 business days to ship out the work after an exhibition has ended. If the work is from a past exhibit it may take 3-7 business days to ship. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order is packaged and labeled.
For domestic orders we ask that you please allow 4 - 6 weeks for delivery. For international orders we ask that you please allow 6 – 7 weeks for delivery.
Orders Pick-ups:
You will be able to choose "Pick up" at checkout, if the artwork is stored at the Gallery location in Seattle. Please be aware that pick up is only available between 9AM to 5PM on Saturdays and Sundays. You will receive a confirmation email when the artwork is ready for pick up, with further instructions.
If you change your mind, and decide that you wish for your item to be shipped, you can email us at orders@gallery1064.com. Please consider that there might be additional charges for the added shipping.
Coupon Codes:
If you forget to use a coupon code during checkout, we can refund the difference if you contact us within 24 hours.
